SPOTTY POINTS LOYALTY SCHEME
- The Spotty Points Loyalty Card scheme and Spotty Points Loyalty Card associated clubs and benefits are operated by Eastside Discount Centre Limited, 1 East Craibstone Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6YQ. Registered in Scotland, Company No. SC325424. Please do not send correspondence to this address
- Eastside Discount Centre Ltd can cancel, withdraw or alter the scheme, including the these terms and conditions or any individual Spotty Points Loyalty Card at anytime
- The latest copy of our terms and conditions is available here at thespottybagshop.co.uk
- All Spotty Points Loyalty Cards belong to Eastside Discount Centre Ltd
- The Spotty Points Loyalty Card scheme is only valid at The Spotty Bag shop store (not valid in the café or online)
- Spotty Points cannot be collected on online purchases, and cannot be redeemed on purchases made online
- Click and Collect purchases made online do not qualify for the Spotty Points Loyalty Scheme
- We do not issue additional cards for the same amount
- If we identify that you hold two or more Spotty Points Loyalty Card accounts, we may merge them into one account at our discretion
- The Spotty Points Loyalty Card scheme is for personal use only; business use is strictly prohibited and constitutes abuse. Eastside Discount Centre reserves the right, at point of purchase or retrospectively, to determine whether a transaction constitutes business usage
- Eastside Discount Centre can take any action it considers appropriate, including removing or suspending a Spotty Points Loyalty Card account and points accrued if we have reason to believe you are abusing the scheme or associated clubs and offers
- Use of additional offers and benefits associated with your Spotty Points Loyalty Card account are subject to store network availability
- Eastside Discount Centre will remove Spotty Points from Spotty Points Loyalty Card accounts that have been closed
- To benefit from the Spotty Points Loyalty Card scheme you must be a United Kingdom resident aged 16 years or over. Eastside Discount Centre will not communicate with a customer until an appropriate age of consent is reached, excluding the distribution of their Spotty Points Loyalty Card
- Eastside Discount Centre Limited is committed to protecting your privacy. We will always keep your personal information safe, will never sell it to third parties and will only send you marketing material if you have agreed we can do so
- The standard number of points you will collect are three Spotty Points for every £1 you spend on qualifying purchases. Points will usually be added to your Spotty Points Loyalty Card account at the time you purchase products and services included in the scheme
- If you forget your Spotty Points Loyalty Card, please ask the cashier for your receipt. You will need to provide the validated receipt within 30 days of the transaction with your Spotty Points Loyalty Card to be able to collect your points
- Points cannot be collected in the café
- Points cannot be collected with gift card purchases
- During Spotty Points Loyalty Card events, existing points promotions will not be applied
- Eastside Discount Store reserves the right to withdraw Spotty Points promotion offers without notice
- One Spotty Point is worth one penny to spend on products in store. We will not exchange Spotty Points for cash and the offer is non-transferrable
- Points can only be redeemed in store (not online or in the café)
- You can make a part payment of points towards a product or service
- Eastside Discount Centre reserves the right to ask for identification such as a driving license or bus pass when spending points
- We reserve the right to substitute or remove products and services available for Spotty Points collection and redemption without notice
- Redeeming points may be subject to network availability
- We will collect and use information about you including registration details, information about the use of your Spotty Points Loyalty Card, your purchases and any other information you provide us
- We will use this information to analyse your shopping behaviour and send you information about the offers for the products and services which are most likely to be of interest to you
- We will protect your information and will not share it with anyone else
- If you return or exchange a product, we will adjust the number of points on your Spotty Points Loyalty Card to reflect the new transaction. No cash refund will be given in exchange for points
