EMAIL MARKETING

We use Klaviyo email marketing as a data processor to aid with the collection of customer data (via sign up forms) and to store customer data. This allows us to create email marketing campaigns to send special offers and news to our customers. Eastside Discount Centre Ltd are the controller of customer data and Klaviyo acts on behalf of Eastside Discount Centre Ltd as a data processor. Klaviyo shall ensure that any person who is authorised by Klaviyo to process Customer Data (including its staff, agents and subcontractors) shall be under an appropriate obligation of confidentiality (whether a contractual or statutory duty).


Your information will only be processed and shared with Klaviyo if you have opted-in to email marketing. You can opt-in by signing up to our newsletter, using a sign up form for a discount code, through our social media pages, and at the checkout.
