Returns & Refunds

Products can be returned for a refund within 28 days of receiving your order.
Please ensure that any unwanted items are returned in their original condition. This means they should be unopened, unused and in their original packaging with all tags still attached.


RETURNING BY POST:

To return an item, please print and complete our returns form and enclose it within your parcel.

You may wish to choose a tracked or insured service to send your unwanted items back to us. Always keep proof of postage, as the returned items are your responsibility until they reach us. Our returns address is:

RETURNING IN STORE:

Orders can be returned in store for free by dropping your parcel off at the till. Please print and complete our returns form and enclose it within your parcel.

Please note your refund will not be processed until the next working day and refunds for any items bought online cannot be processed at the till.

We’ll process your return as soon as we can but during busier times, returns may take up to 5 working days to be processed.

REFUNDS:

Once your refund has been processed, it may take up to 5-7 business to appear back on your original payment method.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY ITEMS:

In the unlikely occasion your order arrives damaged, please let us know as soon as possible by sending us photographs of the damaged goods. We’ll do our best to rectify the issue as soon as we can.
